Summary

Ben Franklin Transit (hereinafter referred to as “BFT”), a municipal corporation of the State of Washington is requesting proposals from qualified Contractors (hereinafter referred to as “Contractor”) interested in providing services for Bus Stop Pad Construction of up to seven (7) locations throughout our service area . BFT is located at 1000 Columbia Park Trail, Richland, WA 99352. BFT provides public transportation services covering a 624-square mile area located in Benton and Franklin Counties. The area includes the cities of Kennewick, Pasco, Richland, West Richland, Benton City, Prosser and adjacent unincorporated areas of Benton and Franklin County.
