TOWN OF BRECKENRIDGE

The Town of Breckenridge is soliciting written bids from qualified parties to be considered.  Interested parties shall submit a written bid by the stated deadline, meet the established criteria as described in the attached instructions, and represent intent, proven capability, and true commitment.  Information submitted will be subject to verification.

The Town of Breckenridge is seeking bids for the 2025-2026 winter season for snow maintenance operations at the described below Townbus shelters, bus stops/bus pull outs and sidewalks. Snow plowing will be required when daily snow amounts equal or exceed 2”. Plowing must be aligned with the below priority scheduling.  This contract may run from November 1 ^st , 2025 through April 30 ^th , 2026.

There will be no pre-bid meeting.

Submission of Bids

All bids shall be submitted and delivered via email to:

All bids shall be titled “2025-2026 Request for Bid – Town of Breckenridge Bus Shelter Snow Maintenance” and shall bear the name and address of the bidder within email.

• Deadline for submission of bids shall be NOON on Friday October 10th, 2025
• All bids shall include a completed application. All bids must be prepared and signed by the bidder(s).Such bids become the property of the Town and will not be returned.Incomplete applications may not be considered for award.
• Any bids received after the time and date established as the deadline for submission shall not be considered.

Bidders are advised that the bids are subject to public disclosure under Colorado Law and will not be treated as confidential. All materials submitted become the property of the Town and may be made public in whole or in part at the discretion of the Town with two notable exceptions. Information marked confidential such as trade secrets and references shall be treated as privileged information and confidential commercial information under the Colorado Open Records Law.
