Bid Type: Request for Proposal Locations: Chittenden Keywords: Automotive Sales Bid Description: The University of Vermont (UVM) is soliciting proposals for two vehicles: Vehicle A: 45+ passenger vehicle • This vehicle will perform student transport to field lab exercises and often serve as a shelter / warming hut while on-site. It will travel significant distances on VT interstates and highways, navigate rural Vermont dirt roads with potholes, ruts and other irregularities, and climb Vermont’s highest mountains on steep paved state highways. Vehicle B: 20+ passenger ADA compliant accessible vehicle • This vehicle’s primary function will be shuttle services in a suburban setting.
