Bus Operator for the Route 130 Transportation Services

The County of Mercer is soliciting bids, through this Advertisement for Bids (AFB), from qualified bus operators to provide a route deviation bus service outlined in the following sections of this document, in accordance with NJAC 16:85 rules for Contracting Policies and Procedures which govern this AFB. The Mercer County Office of Economic Development (OED) proposes to enter into a contract with an operator to provide local bus service along Route 130 Corridor in Mercer County. The successful operator will also be required to cooperate with the County to prepare specific reporting materials regarding the operation of the service.
