Burr Oak SP Restroom and Camp Store Renovation

This project is located in Morgan County at 10220 Burr Oak Lodge Road, Glouster, Ohio 45732.

The project involves the demolition of the existing laundry building and construction of a new shower house/restroom building and renovation of the existing restroom building to expand the existing camp store. Major items of work include: demolition, site work, rough grading, final grading, concrete, masonry, wood framing, insulation, joint sealants, interior and exterior hollow metal doors, storefront windows, metal roofing, cementitious soffits and trim, gypsum board, acoustical panel ceilings, interior and exterior painting, shower and toilet compartments, plumbing, wall air conditions, unit heaters, exhaust fans, electric power and data, concrete paving, asphalt paving, turf and grasses.

All work is to be completed under single-prime Contract. Completion date for all work under this project is 359 days from the Notice to Proceed.
