Bidders are hereby notified that this Addendum shall be made a part of the documents. The intent is to add to, modify, or clarify
the documents. Should any of these items have an effect on price, such changes shall be included in the price bid. These items
have the same force and effect as if contained in the original.
ITEM 1: QUESTION/ANSWER
Q1. Since performance testing is required, I have more questions: Does the performance testing require any analytical
water testing? If so, what streams and how frequently do they need to be tested and is there a preferred lab? What
is the duration of the performance testing?
A1. After further consideration, Utilities staff has decided that they will collect the required samples for the performance testing,
and they will conduct the testing as well.
This addendum is binding and is to be considered as if contained within the original bid documents of Bid No. 20260494. Bidders
are required to acknowledge receipt of this addendum on their bid forms.
