Sealed proposals for the Western Springs Burlington Avenue Raised Pedestrian Crossing and Concrete Pavement Repairs project will be received at the office of Western Springs Village Clerk, 740 Hillgrove Avenue, Western Springs, IL 60558 until 10:00 AM (local time) on September 3, 2025, immediately after which time and at the same location all bids will be publicly opened and read. Plans and proposal forms will be available electronically for a $22 fee from QuestCDN #9836050 via www.questcdn.com or www.tinyurl.com/wsbids . The main work items include construction of a new concrete raised crosswalk, new concrete sidewalk, concrete pavement repairs, concrete curb and gutter replacement at three sites in the Village of Western Springs. All bids packages must be obtained directly through QuestCDN’s website by the bidder in order for the bidder’s name to appear on the official plan holder list. Any bid received from a bidder that is not on the official QuestCDN plan holder list will be rejected by the Village and returned unopened.
