Burglar Alarm Monitoring, Maintenance, Equipment & Installation Services

The City of Hialeah is offering this ITB to secure the services of an experienced and reliable contractor for the provision of burglar alarm monitoring service billed annually, as well as maintenance, equipment, and new installations. The City currently uses Alarm.com for monitoring and will require any bids to be compatible with Alarm.com. Additionally, as part of this agreement, numerous city facilities will get new alarm systems, and some sites will require non-routine maintenance. This contract will be for three years, with two renewal option years allowing for CPI increases upon mutual agreement.
