SCOPE OF WORK

IMPROVEMENTS TO THE WATER MAIN, SANITARY SEWER, STORM SEWER, AND STREET. INCLUDES THE INSTALLATION OF 16-INCH AND 24-INCH WATER MAIN; ABANDONMENT OF OLD WATER MAIN; RECONNECTING WATER MAIN ON SIDE STREETS; RECONNECTING WATER SERVICES INCLUDING POSSIBLE LEAD SERVICE REPLACEMENT; INSTALLATION OF 2-WAY SEWER CLEANOUTS; LIMITED SANITARY SEWER REPLACEMENT; STORM SEWER WORK TO ACCOMMODATE WATER MAIN; ADA SIDEWALK RAMPS; SPOT CURB & GUTTER, DRIVEWAY, AND SIDEWALK REPLACEMENT AS NEEDED; HMA PAVING; PAVEMENT MARKINGS.

Work shall start within 10 working days after receipt of notification by Contractor of Notice to Proceed, and final completion shall be March 28, 2027.
