The Public Utility District No. 1 of Lewis County (District) requires a contractor to provide labor, materials, and equipment to construct A Passive Optical Network (PON) system in the Bunker Creek area of Lewis County to provide high speed broadband services. Work includes the use of District provided materials as well as that supplied by the Contractor. This project utilizes state and federal grant funds and specific requirements will apply to bid responses.
