ANIMAL CREMATION EQUIPMENT

INVITATION FOR BID

The City of Bullhead City, Arizona is extending an Invitation for Bid (hereinafter “offer(s)” or “IFB”) for the purchase and delivery of animal cremation equipment for the Bullhead City Animal Resource Center.

All submittals (one original and one copy) must be submitted in a sealed envelope plainly marked “IFB 24-HS-005, Bullhead City Animal Resource Center Animal Cremation Equipment” and be addressed to the City Clerk’s Office, City of Bullhead City, 2355 Trane Road, Bullhead City, Arizona 86442, and received by no later than 3:00 PM, Arizona time on March 21, 2025.

Technical questions regarding the substance of this IFB must be in writing and submitted to Alyson Harms, Animal Shelter Manager, by email at aharms@bullheadcityaz.gov and received no later than March 12, 2025. Questions may then be responded to by written amendment to this document. Oral statements or instructions do not constitute an amendment to the IFB.

The City of Bullhead City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all responses or parts thereto.
