Bullfrog Creek Nature Preserve Cattle Lease

Project Description: The Hillsborough County Conservation and Environmental Lands Management Department seeks an experienced and qualified vendor to lease up to 223 County owned acres (as an annual revenue to the County) at the Bullfrog Creek Nature Preserve Cattle Lease for the primary purpose of grazing cattle. The lease agreement shall also require and include “In-kind Services” for spraying and control of invasive plant species, fertilization, fencing repairs, road improvements, and the removal of feral hogs, nuisance and/or exotic animals for a period of eight (8) years. The In-Kind Services are the direct responsibility of the Contractor and direct expense of the Contractor.
