Mechanically remove obstruction (including any debris included with obstruction) in the Bullerman Drain in St. Joseph
Twp Sec. 35 (See map for location).
De-brush north side of the ditch marked with lathe and ribbon up to the obstruction. Remove dead Willow tree marked with
painted X, cut so stump is no taller than 3” from the ground.
Remove all obstructions, sticks, debris, and dead-leaning trees in the impacted area, which may cause future obstructions.
All trees must be chipped and hauled away; trash and rubbish shall also be hauled away. All areas (yards, sidewalks,
pathways, curbs, streets, private property) disturbed/damaged during work shall be restored to pre-existing condition. Bid
project as a lump sum. In your bid, should any unforeseen additional work be required beyond the specified scope, it must
be discussed and approved by the project manager. 30-day completion, weather permitting. All repairs are subject to ACSO
approval - 48 Hr. Notification for inspection is required before work can begin.
