Project Description: The Savannah‑Chatham County Public School System is requesting proposals from qualified design professionals for the historic renovation and adaptive reuse of the iconic 208 Bull Street facility. The project will transform the former district headquarters—originally constructed in 1901—into a modern, student‑centered learning environment while preserving its architectural heritage. Services will include full programming, design, documentation, permitting, and construction administration. Interested firms must demonstrate strong experience in historic preservation, educational facility design, and complex urban renovation projects.
The successful Offeror (hereinafter referred to as “the Offeror”) shall meet the terms and conditions set forth in this document and all attachments.
