1. I was searching in bid but is there a section in bid that determines what forms of “bulk” are able to be bid. Is this bid

for tankers of water or can they be in the form of single serve bottles that are in pallets?

Answer: This is for potable bulk supply only, i.e. Tanker Trucks. No pre-packaged water goods, i.e. bottles, as the State

has separate contracts in place for those
