Bulk Fuel Services RFQ

The City of Pittsburg is seeking sealed quotes for furnishing and delivering bulk fuel services by means of supplying fuel:

RENEWABLE DIESEL and UNLEADED GASOLINE on a "keep full" and "as needed" basis of delivering bobtail or truck & trailer load to three (3) City locations as listed in Section 1.1 “SCOPE OF WORK” of RFQ in accordance with the City of Pittsburg specifications and contract documents.

All quotes must be received in a sealed envelope.  The RFQ must be addressed and arrive at the City of Pittsburg, Attention: City of Pittsburg- Public Works, 65 Civic Avenue, 1 ^st Floor, Pittsburg, CA  94565, by the closing date and time shown on the Request for Quote.  All quote envelopes must be clearly marked, “RFQ #PW41525 BULK FUEL SERVICES”, Bid Documents, DO NOT OPEN.  The City of Pittsburg will not accept any quote received and/or delivered after the date/time specified. Late, telephone, and/or faxed quotes will not be accepted

All proposals must be received by the City of Pittsburg no later than April 15, 2025 at 1:30pm.
