It is also at risk of being accidentally opened and then must be disqualified.

4. All blanks need to be filled in on the bid sheet, specification sheet(if applicable), and affidavit. If documents are not completed correctly, the bid may be disqualified

5. HB1295 DOES NOT need to be completed until AFTER award. It will be requested at that time. It also must be completed fully or it will be rejected and need to be redone.

952 Decatur, TX 76234 by Diana Allen, Asset Control Manager, until 10:00 a.m., Thursday, August
6, 2026. Specifications and bid forms may be obtained by contacting the Wise County Asset Control
Office at 940-627-3312 or at wisecountytx.gov. Bids will be publicly opened and read at 10:00 a.m.,
Thursday, August 6, 2026 in the Wise County Asset Control Office at 400 W Walnut, Decatur, TX.
The Commissioners' Court of Wise County will consider bids for award at the next regularly
scheduled Commissioners' Court at the location posted on the agenda. Wise County reserves the right
to accept and/or reject any and all bids for any reason whatsoever.
