The specific pass/fail question regarding performance metrics has been updated to align with the final QASP framework as follows:
- "Did the quoter explicitly state and confirm unconditional acceptance of the Performance Requirements Summary (PRS) Matrix and its associated monthly invoice price-reduction disincentives??
