127234 Buildings C-5-3 & 901 Roof Cricket Repairs, Camp San Luis Obispo

The Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, bonds, licenses, insurance, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees to demolish existing roof crickets, repair substrates as needed, and install new 60 mil TPO roofing at designated buildings, in accordance with project requirements and constraints. All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation for Bid (IFB). Bid submissions shall be emailed to PWC@cmd.ca.gov and shall include the Contracting Manager listed in this IFB as a copied recipient. Subject line must include the IFB No. 127234, Buildings C-5-3 & 901 Roof Cricket Repairs and Contractor Business Name.

Prospective bidders MUST attend the mandatory pre-bid job walk on 4/8/2026, at 9:00 AM at Camp San Luis Obispo, 10 Sonoma Avenue, San Luis Obispo, CA 93405. Arrive at least 15 minutes early and bring business cards. Failure to arrive at the designated meeting location by the scheduled start time may result in disqualification from submitting a bid. Bidders who do not remain for the entire pre-bid job walk may be considered non-responsive and may not be allowed to bid on this project. Prospective bidders may obtain directions to the pre-bid job walk site by contacting Sergey Kinchak at Sergey.Kinchak@cmd.ca.gov.

The prime contractor MUST possess a type B - General Building Contractor or C-39 - Roofing Contractor license.

All questions regarding this IFB MUST be submitted to Sergey Kinchak at Sergey.Kinchak@cmd.ca.gov no later than 5:00 PM on 4/15/2026. Email subject lines must reference IFB No. 127234.

If an addendum is necessary, it will be issued prior to the Bid Submission Deadline. The bid opening will be held on 4/30/2026 at 2:15 PM.
