Brookhaven Science Associates (BSA) is requesting an Expression of Interest (EOI) from small business contractors interested in the following scope.
Supply and install additional 1.2-Megawatt power and cooling upgrades for the existing Scientific Data and Computing Center within Building 725 (B725). The scope includes the installation of an additional 1.75 MW emergency power generator, along with the necessary transformers, PDUs, busways, cable trays, and fusible switches. Additionally, a 445-ton chiller and cooling tower, furnished by BSA, shall be installed by the contractor, along with the required piping, electrical power, control systems, and circulation pumps. In general, the Work consists of, but is not limited to, mechanical, electrical and plumbing needed to incrementally increase the existing infrastructure systems.
