Building Repairs FY25

SCOPE OF WORK TO BE DONE AT HOME BUILDERS LICENSURE BOARD, 445 HERRON STREET, MONTGOMERY, AL 36104, PHONE: 334-242-2230
SITE VISIT HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.  CALL TO SET UP A TIME.
Furnish labor, equipment, and materials to perform the following:
Furnish lift for exterior portion of project.
Men’s 1st Floor Restroom: Adjust urinal flush valve. Remove existing sink flow valve and replace with a soft-flow valve.
Women’s 1st Floor Restroom: Adjust toilet partition hardware for proper functionality.
Conference Room: Remove and replace weather stripping at two sets of double doors.
Corridor: Furnish and install a tile-to-LVT transition strip.
Throughout 1st Floor:
Check windows for leaks and ensure all are operable.
Patch and repair any damaged sheetrock.
Finish, sand, and spot prime repaired areas.
Apply finish paint corner-to-corner matching existing color scheme.
Exterior:
Reinstall existing gutter downspout.
Unstop and clean French drain.
Install new cover on French drain after cleaning is completed.
Replace approximately 75 linear feet of fascia board at rear elevations of facility.
Fabricate and install new seamless gutters and downspouts at back area, as discussed.
Remove and replace caulking and sealant and 1st floor windows, as needed.
Clean, prep, and paint existing metal railing, spindles, stringers, roof supports, risers, etc. at rear staircase and balconies.
