Scope of Services
The Scope of Work to be performed under this project consists of furnishing of all labor/materials and performing all work necessary to the completion of waterproofing repairs. Control Joints at walls and Ground Level • All existing control joint materials are to be removed, and the cavity cleaned to remove any
mildew or other microbial growth
• Stucco to Stucco Joints: Apply Sika Flex HY 100 High Performance Hybrid Sealant over SOF closed
cell backer rod.
• Split Face CMU: Apply Dowsil 790 Silicone Building Sealant over SOF closed cell backer rod
• Split Face CMU to Stucco: Apply Dowsil 790 Building Sealant over SOF closed cell backer rod.
• Ground Level: Apply Dowsil 790 Building Sealant over SOF closed cell backer rod Windows • Remove existing sealants, clean all surfaces to remove dirt, debris and other potential
contaminants. Install new SOF closed cell backing rod as necessary and apply Dowsil 790 Silicone
Building Sealant.
• Glass to Metal: use Dowsil 795 Silicone Building Sealant
• Metal to Metal: Use Dowsil 795 Silicone Building Sealant Pinellas County Schools has partnered with OpenGov Procurement which provides government agencies and their suppliers with a comprehensive and easy to use web-based eProcurement system.
