NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Sealed bids will be received at the Muskingum County Commissioner’s Office, 401 Main

Street, Zanesville, Ohio, until February 19, 2026 at 9:00 am and will be opened immediately

thereafter for Muskingum County Commissioners; Building Renovation 44 N. 4th Street.

Each bidder is required to furnish with its bid, a Bid Guaranty in accordance with section

153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code.

The estimated construction cost for the base bid and all add-alternates is $474,320.00
