SUNY Cortland is seeking to purchase a property in the City of Cortland to utilize as office spaces and to meet future campus strategic goals. Preference will be given for property that meet the following criteria: close proximity to campus and Main Street; zoning compatibility with intended use; availability of all municipal infrastructure including water, storm, sanitary sewer, and utilities including gas, electric and internet; A Gross Building Area (GBA) of approximately 10,500 square feet; ability of seller to complete/close the purchase transaction within a timeline that allows SUNY Cortland to take ownership and control of the property on or about November 1, 2025 or upon approval by the NYS Comptroller.
