PROJECT TITLE: WI/KA BUILDING REPAIRSPROJECT LOCATION: KANSASTHE U.S. ARMY CORPS OF ENGINEERS, KANSAS CITY DISTRICT, HAS A NEED FOR CONSTRUCTION SERVICES FOR BUILDING REPAIRS WITHIN RECREATION AREAS AT THE WILSON AND KANOPOLIS LAKE PROJECTS IN ELLSWORTH COUNTY AND RUSSELL COUNTY, KANSAS. THE PROJECT INCLUDES ROOF AND ASSOCIATED COMPONENTS REPLACEMENT AS WELL AS SURFACE RESTORATION AND WATERPROOFING. THE CONTRACTOR MUST PROVIDE ALL LABOR, MATERIALS, EQUIPMENT, AND SUPERVISION TO REMOVE AND REPLACE EXISTING ROOFS WITH STANDING SEAM ROOFS, REMOVE AND REPLACE THE GUTTERING AND DOWNSPOUTS, ADD ADDITIONAL FLASHING AND SIDING, STRIP AND PERFORM PREPARATION AND PAINTING OF STRUCTURE INTERIORS AND INCIDENTAL RELATED WORK AND MATERIALS.THE ESTIMATED MAGNITUDE OF THIS PROJECT IS BETWEEN $250,000 AND $500,000.THIS PROCUREMENT WILL BE SOLICITED AS A 100% TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE UTILIZING THE NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM (NAICS) CODE 238160 - ROOFING CONTRACTORS, WHICH HAS AN SBA SIZE STANDARD OF $19.0M.
