Building Envelope Rehabilitation Legislative Building

This Request for Supplier Qualifications (RFSQ) is an invitation by the Government of Saskatchewan (GOS) to prospective Respondents to provide Responses for the provision of LLM25009E – Legislative Building - Building Envelope Rehabilitation, as further described in the RFSQ Particulars (Appendix A).

This procurement relates to the remediation of priority cornice stones located on the East Wing of the Legislative Building. The scope of work is specifically limited to the identified cornice stones requiring attention. The successful proponent must demonstrate proven experience and capacity in assessing, documenting, and remediating masonry and copper architectural elements of this nature. The project also includes the replacement and detailing of copper flashing, as well as the removal of parging and the repair or replacement of damaged bricks within the parapet.

This is a two-stage procurement, the RFSQ being the first stage. Stage-two procurement, Request for Bid (RFB), will follow and the prequalified proponents identified in stage-one will be invited to bid.
