The Town of Breckenridge (hereby referred to as “the Town”) is soliciting proposals from qualified code specialists to assist the Town through the upcoming energy code adoption process. Respondents shall have demonstrated experience in code development and adoption, as well as training and resource development for staff and industry professionals.

Proposals must be received by 5:00 PM Friday, April 4, 2025. Late submittals will not be accepted. Proposals should be submitted in PDF format. Only electronic submittals will be accepted. Questions and submissions should be sent:

Decisions and project kick off will be made the week of April 9 ^th .

Bidders are advised that the bids are subject to public disclosure under Colorado Law and will not be treated as confidential. All materials submitted become the property of the Town and may be made public in whole or in part at the discretion of the Town with two notable exceptions. Information marked confidential such as trade secrets and references shall be treated as privileged information and confidential commercial information under the Colorado Open Records Law.
