Building Demolition and Asbestos & Debris Removal/ Two-Story Residential Property

Pearland Economic Development Corporation (PEDC) is accepting competitively sealed Bids (Bids) from qualified Bidders for Bidders for removal of structures, paving, debris, and general clean-up of a two-story residential property located at 5208 Shank Road in Pearland (addressed as Pearland, TX, 77584 by the Postal Service) for PEDC in full accordance with the specifications, terms and conditions contained in this ITB. The property is 3.00 acres in size and has a large two-story residential structure which is required to be removed/demolished. The structure to be removed is approximately 3,850 square feet, including its foundation. Removal will also include a 1,200-square-foot slab located south of the main structure and the connecting sidewalk. In addition, approximately 4,500 square feet of concrete driveways will be removed. 56 feet of east driveway entry will remain. Shown as exhibit “B”. The project also includes the demolition of a monument sign located at 1570 McHard Rd, Pearland, TX.
