REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATION

Sealed proposals for furnishing the following will be received at the Office of Central Purchasing, Andover Town Offices, 36 Bartlet Street, Andover, Massachusetts 01810, until the time specified below at which time the proposals will be opened.   The time received will be stamped on each proposal and for a consistency of time, the time stamp clock in the Purchasing Office will be the determining time.

On-Call for Various Construction Projects

The Town of Andover is requesting qualifications for a Building Commissioning Consultant to oversee multiple town buildings of new, proposed, and existing construction.

Specifications and qualification forms may be obtained on the Town website located at www.andoverma.gov/bids .

The fee for this 3-year contract shall not exceed $200,000.00.
