DPD seeks professional services for exterior improvements to Building A-22. Improvements include door and hardware replacement, brick repointing, grading, repair to cement plastering, exterior painting, roof cleaning, selected gutter and wood trim repair and replacement, and miscellaneous other repairs. See attachments for details.
