Buffalo Dunes Golf Course Clubhouse and Restrooms Addition

Proposals may be emailed in a PDF format with the subject line, “Proposal for Buffalo Dunes Restrooms Architectural and Engineering Design Services.” Please ensure the A/E submitting the proposal be clearly identified. The PDF should not exceed five (5) MB. If the file is larger than five (5) MB it should be submitted using a download link, compressed file, or via USB drive delivered to the above address. RFP Questions should be emailed to Ticia Herd no later than January 9, 2026. Ticia Herd will provide a written response to all A/Es who have indicated an interest in proposal submission and provided an email address by January 16, 2026.

All Proposals must be received by 9:00 AM on January 30, 2026. Proposals received after the date and time specified will not be read. All proposals will become the property of the City of Garden City. Interviews and presentations will be held at the Recreation Center, at the above address, on February 5 and 6, 2026. The recommendation for award will be presented to the City Commission on February 17 at the regularly scheduled City of Garden City Commission Bi-Monthly Meeting.
