the installation of approximately 7,150 linear feet of 8" DIP water main, 12 fire hydrant assemblies with valves, 8 gate valves, approximately 120 linear feet of 16" steel casing installed by jack & bore method, connections to existing water mains, fittings, water service lines and appurtenances, water meters, asphalt pavement patching, installation and maintenance of erosion control measures, traffic control, permanent grassing and other related work. The contractor will furnish all materials, with the exception of the water meters, and perform all work associated with the project.
