BSVII - Therma and A&F Property Restoration

The Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority (VTA) is soliciting an Invitation for Bids (IFB) for “Therma and A&F Property Restoration” (Project).

For purposes of this Contract, Work consists of furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, services, supervision, and incidentals necessary to construct onsite and offsite improvements to restore property acquired for the relocation of utilities and to facilitate the construction of improvements included in the BART Extension Project Phase II (BSVII). A paved storage area will be constructed on the A&F (Slackey Brothers) property (1480 Nicora Avenue, San Jose). The Therma (1577 Las Plumas Avenue, San Jose) property will include but not limited to a surface parking lot, bio retention basin, fencing, and electrical. Offsite improvements include but not limited to streetlights along the frontage of the property in CSJ right of way, bioretention basins, irrigation, and sidewalk.
