ADVERTISEMENT FOR PROPOSALS

Proposals will be received by the West Virginia Parkways Authority via Bid Express for:

BRIDGE 3045N MILE 52.04

BRIDGE 3045S MILE 52.04

BRIDGE 3075 MILE 86.57

This project is located on the West Virginia Turnpike and consists of repairing substructure units with pneumatically applied

concrete.

There are approximately 63 square yards of repairs up to 15’ working height and 19 square yards above 15’ working height on

Bridges

3045N, 3045S and 3075.

All work under this contract shall be completed by JUNE 30, 2026.

Proposals will be received via Bid Express until 3:00 PM December 2, 2025 at which time said proposals will be publicly opened

and read at the office of the West Virginia Parkways Authority, Administration Building, 3310 Piedmont Road, Charleston, West

Virginia 25306. Results may also be heard via teleconference by dialing this number and entering the participant code: (816)-

702-6618, 919221868#. No bids will be received after the scheduled opening.

Prospective bidders must be prequalified in accordance with SECTION 102.1 of the WVDOH Standard Specifications. Contract

Documents without Standard Specifications or other referenced standards can be obtained from www.bidexpress.com. The project

Proposals must be made via Bid Express in the manner designated in the specifications, and must be accompanied by a CASHIER'S

or CERTIFIED CHECK or BID BOND in favor of the West Virginia Parkways Authority, FOR AN AMOUNT EQUAL TO FIVE PERCENT

(5%) OF THE AMOUNT OF THE PROPOSAL OR $2,000 WHICHEVER IS THE GREATER, and must be delivered to the office of the

West Virginia Parkways Authority, Administration Building, 3310 Piedmont Road, Charleston, West Virginia 25306 on or before

the day and hour named. Bid bonds may instead be submitted electronically via Bid Express. ANY BID THAT IS NOT ACCOMPANIED

BY A BID BOND DELIVERED ELECTRONICALLY VIA BID EXPRESS OR A CASHIER’S CHECK, A CERTIFIED CHECK, OR A BID BOND

DELIVERED AT THE PLACE DESIGNATED ABOVE ON OR BEFORE THE DAY AND HOUR NAMED WILL BE CONSIDERED

IRREGULAR.

All bids submitted by bidders who have been debarred or declared ineligible by the Director of the Purchasing Division shall be

rejected.

The Authority reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals submitted, and to waive any or all formalities in bidding, as it may

deem in its best interest.
