Project Description: The Town of Hilton Head Island invites qualified development firms to submit statements of qualification for consideration to provide professional services to support the the development of approximately 7.19 acres of Town-owned property located at 30 Bryant Road, Hilton Head Island, SC 29926. The Town is seeking to identify a qualified and experienced development team composed of architects, engineers, land planners, financiers, realtors, and builders to collaborate with the Town and the Gullah Geechee Historic Neighborhoods Community Development Corporation (GGHCDC) on the planning, design, construction, and long-term operation of a mixed-income, mixed-use neighborhood.
