Description:

The purpose and intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified Contractor to provide high quality brush and yard waste collection and disposal services for the Village of McFarland. The proposal is required to meet the scope of services detailed within the RFP document here .

The Village is requesting proposals for both a one year and three year contract. The main components of the RFP include: brush chipping, yard waste pick-up, drop-off site bin maintenance and holiday tree drop-off site maintenance.

All proposals are due by August 6, 2025. Final award of contract is scheduled for the Village Board meeting on September 9, 2025.
