The City of Hutto is seeking proposals from experienced and qualified Event Management Companies to plan, coordinate, and execute a diverse range of events at the Brushy Creek Amphitheater, including:

Concerts and live music performances

Community gatherings and festivals

Family-friendly activities and cultural events

Private and corporate event coordination
The selected firm will be responsible for event planning, vendor management, logistical coordination, marketing support, and on-site event execution, ensuring exceptional experiences that enhance community engagement and economic growth.
