REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

The City of Marietta/BLW will accept competitive sealed proposals from qualified providers until 11:00 a.m., Wednesday April 17, 2024, at 205 Lawrence Street, Marietta, Georgia 30060 in accordance with the request for proposals for the following:

Proposals will be received by the Purchasing Division, 1 ^st floor, Marietta City Hall, 205 Lawrence Street, Marietta, Georgia 30060 until 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday April 17, 2024, at which time the names of the proposing companies will be recorded and made available to the public.

A MANDATORY pre-proposal meeting for interested parties will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 10, 2024, at Brumby Hall and Gardens located on 472 Powder Springs, St SW, Marietta, Georgia 30060.

All pricing included in the proposal must be valid for a period of ninety (90) days after the submission of bids.

City of Marietta reserves the right to award the work on whatever basis is in the best interest of the City and to accept or reject any and all bids and to waive technicalities and informalities in the proposal.
