The work of this contract includes, but is not limited to the following: Removal of existing (steam) boiler system and the installation of new gas-fired boiler(s) and domestic hot water heater(s). Demolitions and new works for Architectural, structural, and MEP components necessary for the complete and operational systems within Brownell Hall.
