1. Would a site visit be offered for the Brown Hall Student Success Hub project prior to the Statement of Qualifications

submittal? If there is no scheduled site visit and the facility is open, please provide any daily schedule restrictions.

A. No scheduled RFQ site visit will be scheduled. The public spaces of the building are open to the public.

Note: Fridays are typically the quietest days in the building. If a firm decides to visit, please consider the

ongoing activities in the building and do not disrupt those activities. The published building open hours vary

but within the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm access should be available.

2. Has a hazardous materials survey has been completed for this building?

A. No hazardous materials survey has been completed for the areas under consideration for this project.

3. Will special inspections and materials testing be provided by the College under a separate contract, or should these

services be included as part of the A/E team's scope?
