Brown Athletic Field Parking Lot Improvements

Project Description: The Contractor shall furnish all materials, equipment, tools and labor required for completing the roadway improvements, which will include: constructing concrete drive lanes and parking areas, performing grading and drainage improvements, and subgrade improvements for a concrete access road and parking area at the Blue River Boat Ramp to enhance public access. The Contractor shall complete everything required by the Contract Documents as defined herein and all other incidental work in the most substantial and workmanlike manner.
