Town of Brattleboro seeks qualified Project Administrator/Manager to oversee federally funded grant for extensive capital improvements to Brooks Memorial Library building and grounds; experienced in administration/management of federal contracts focused on construction services, with ability to oversee multiple ongoing projects, work collaboratively, and meet reporting deadlines. PAM will manage financial and reporting tasks and recruitment and selection of contractors.
