ADVERTISEMENT AND COMPLIANCE:
This Request for Proposal (RFP) will be publicly posted on the Georgia Procurement Registry (GPR) and on the
Brooks County Schools website.
This project shall comply with O.C.G.A. 36-91 (Georgia Public Works Law), when applicable.
STATEMENT OF PURPOSE:
This Request for Proposal (RFP) documents the Brooks County Schools requirements for two weight room
equipment systems with complete installation and support for the listed location.
SCOPE OF WORK AT EACH SITE:
The Vendor shall provide a comprehensive proposal for the design, site preparation, and installation of a custom
designed weight system at Brooks County Middle School and Brooks County High School.

LEGAL REQUIREMENTS:
Vendor must comply with O.C.G.A. 13-10-91 (E-Verify) and submit Contractor Affidavit.

ACCEPTANCE OF PROPOSAL:
Brooks County Schools reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
All costs for proposal preparation are the responsibility of the bidder.
The district reserves the right to modify project scope prior to contract execution.
