Bid Description:
The goal of the project is to remove Brooklyn Street Dam on the Stevens Branch with is unused and has accumulated sediment to protect water quality, restore the stream channel, and improve aquatic organism passage. Work tasks will generally involve removal of the concrete dam (~120 CY) and associated remains; timber cribbing (~200 CY), sediment removal from river and river edge (~850 CY); stream channel restoration using onsite bed materials; river bank reshaping and armoring; and site restoration
