Brookhaven - Annual Street, Sanitary & Storm Sewer Maintenance Contract

Project Description: NOTICE TO BIDDERS BOROUGH OF BROOKHAVEN
Sealed bids will be received by the Borough of Brookhaven, 2 Cambridge Road, Suite 100, Brookhaven, PA 19015 until 1:00 PM on October 2, 2025, and publicly read aloud at 7:00 PM on October 6, 2025, for Annual Street, Sanitary and Storm Sewer Maintenance Repairs. All Bid Documents, Construction Plans and Specifications are available online via the PennBid Program at www.PennBid.net at no cost to prospective bidders. The successful bidder, who is awarded the contract, will be required to pay PennBid Program fee of 1/3% of the contract award value. There is a minimum award fee of $150.00 and a maximum of $6,000.00. Bidders must confirm the fees associated with bidding through PennBid and the successful bidder is responsible for the fees associated with the awarded bid.
A certified check or bid bond in the amount of Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00), made payable to the Borough of Brookhaven, must accompany the proposal.
The Borough of Brookhaven reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or parts thereof, and to waive any informalities in the bidding, as they deem in the best interest of the Borough.
