Tarleton State University (herein referred to as Tarleton)is soliciting proposals and intends to enter into an agreement to design,fabricate and install a bronze figure monument, anticipated to be 6-foot in height,that will represent the University’s spirit organization, The Purple Poo. Tarletonis an institution of higher education located in Stephenville, TX. It is theintention of Tarleton to contract with a single company to provide theseservices for the Tarleton campus. Vendormust have demonstrated competence in providing these services and must have thequalifications necessary to perform the services outlined in this RFP.
