Bronze Cast Blue Jay Sculpture - Parks and Recreation

The James City County Department of Parks & Recreation/Tourism is issuing this unsealed Request for Proposals from qualified offerors that are interested in the designing, creating, and casting of identical bronze bluejay birds that can be mounted outdoors, on various items throughout the County’s parks, such as trees, buildings, and benches.

The Contractor shall provide all materials, supplies, equipment, supervision, and labor for the design and casting of at least 5, but up to 8 identical bronze bluejays standing on a branch, with possible additional future sculptures requested, whose total height be at least (18”) eighteen inches tall in total and that are mountable in accordance with the specifications included in this RFP. James City County will mount the birds in consultation with the vendor.
