The intent of this Invitation for Bids is to enter into a term contract for Bronson Park Tree Lighting and Downtown Decorations. It is the intent of these plans and specifications to provide for a contractor who shall provide all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to perform in a professional manner for the Bronson Park Tree Lighting and Downtown Decorations as described in the specifications and bid document.

The scope of work includes furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment and services necessary to complete the set up and take down of tree lighting and decorations at the Bronson Park and Downtown Mall area, Kalamazoo, MI, as attached herein. All light sets used are owned by the City of Kalamazoo.
