Description:	The consultant will need to work in collaboration with the City of Broken Arrow to develop a feasibility study for an airport with the vicinity of Broken Arrow. The consultant will be responsible for: • Performing a Feasibility Study Report which summarizes market demand, operational needs, economic impacts, regulatory requirements and preliminary cost benefit analysis; • Review and evaluate general site areas without identifying specific locations with rankings, recommendations and environmental considerations; • Grant Evaluation to coordinate federal grant funding for the project, ensuring compliance withal grant requirements and providing leadership for document preparation to the FAA and ODAA; • A Final Report and Recommendation in the form of comprehensive summary of all findings and detailed evaluations of the proposed airport submitted in writing and, if necessary, before City Council.
