2026 Broadway Ave Resurface Project

The City of Mattoon is accepting bids for Milling, and HMA Resurfacing on the following streets; Broadway Avenue from 21st to 14th Streets. All questions concerning the contract are due no later than May 13, 2026, at 12:00 pm (Noon). Proposals shall be submitted on bid documents that are available to you. Sealed bids labeled “2026 Street Resurfacing Broadway Ave” are due by 11:00 A.M. on Friday May 22, 2026, to the City Clerk’s office at 208 North 19th Street, Mattoon, Illinois 61938. All Contracts for the Construction of Public Works are subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act (820 ILCS 130/1-12). The right is reserved to waive technicalities and to reject any or all proposals.
